Did anyone else feel the music in Karuppu was genuinely sub-par and a major letdown? For a film with that kind of content and so many potential theater moments, the soundtrack and score felt surprisingly flat and underwhelming to me. I honestly couldn’t stop thinking about how much better it might have been if ARR had stayed on board as originally planned — or even how Anirudh would’ve elevated it with his style.

Even the final track, though decent on its own, never really gave that goosebumps feeling you get from songs like “Mazhaithuli Sangamam” or other emotionally powerful closers.

Did anyone else feel the music really pulled the film down? Curious if others felt the same or if it worked for you.
