Having an issue with one of my 3.0 trackers please help
So the issue that I’m having is that my left foot tracker just shuts off all of a sudden. And when I turn it back on it shuts back off which starts a loop of the tracker shutting off then me turning it back on.
The tracker isn’t on its last dying breath either, it usually starts doing this when I’m at 30% and sometimes even 20% battery. I’ve also looked up videos on it and found one that kinda worked til now, and the video suggested to put the dongles 6 or so inches apart from each other because there could be some sort of signal interference with the cables so I did that and like I said that worked till recently. I also wanted to add that sometimes when I charge the left foot tracker it lights up green while the other two light up white not only that, but when I take it off the charging cable to plug into the dongle it all of a sudden starts up SteamVR which I find odd.
I also have a usb hub where I connect the usb dongles to and there are a couple of other cables back there which could be causing the interference but I’m not entirely sure. All the trackers are up to date, it’s only a couple months old, and I’m very careful with my trackers. I ran into this issue a couple months back and I would really appreciate some advice especially if you’ve ran into the same problem because I genuinely just want it to go away.
