I received emails about my Microsoft email being changed and have lost my account. I think it's from my PC. What's the best way to clean it out?
This morning I installed a shady program with a setup. After realizing it was the wrong thing I closed it quickly and moved on. 2 hours ago I got multiple emails from Microsoft telling me my emails been changed and my old ones been removed. I now have lost access to it. The emails have also been put in the trash. So far I disconnected my pc from the internet and changed all my Google passwords from my phone. I want to know how I can cleanly reinstall my windows 11 and get rid of this thing. Also I think I made a backup a while back so I would like to know how to restore it to that state after reinstalling. If there are nay other ways of getting rid of this thing I'd appreciate it.
