Unity Game Stuck On Black Screen With Graphics Error

I updated to 1.0.0 today, and attempted to play a Unity game I used to play on the previous version. Can't get it to work for the life of me now, no matter how I play with the settings though. 98% I'm most likely one or two settings off from getting it to work. Please save me.
