What I learned, living alone.

Hello, beautiful people. I don't post much here, but during the 2 years I lived alone, this was a safe place for me. After my ex left, I was lost, and I found so much great advice here.

I am now in a place where one of my kids and their spouse have moved in, they are expecting twins this summer and I will live here with them until they buy the house next spring.

After that, I have decided to move in with my partner instead of getting my own place. This was a difficult decision, as after living alone for 2 years, I really enjoyed it. Luckily, we both appreciate and support each other's need for "alone time."

After much deliberation with myself, I knew I could and would live alone, if circumstances required it. But I really want to give this a shot, so I'm going for it. I will always have the independence that living alone afforded me. Thank you all for being there through my journey. ❤️
