Help me decide should I leave my job or not

I am 24 year old, recently from University.
First off, I work for the goverment, at my local tax inspection as a auditor. Its been only 4 months I already feel burntout, exhausted and stressed (phisical symptoms). I am 24 year old, recently from University.

One of the reasons for all of this is that I am not trained in tax legislation. I hold a bachelor's degree in political sciences (I am thinking of going for masters in economics, for better carrier oppurtunities).

Then I feel like my coordinator expects that I'll be able to do everything correctly, without mistakes and fast. I think thats unfair having in mind reasons mentioned above. Sometimes I feel like she is abusing me, humilating (e.g. she scolded me for making a mistake, that I actually didnt do and when I explained that to her she said nothing OR she switched form "we are doing" to "I AM doing")

Upper managment is also bonkers. There were talks of monitoring if people leave on time and not 5 mins earlier, or monitoring if people go to local supermarket on lunch brake and so on.

Pay isn't good, nor prospect of salary increase is possible. As I heard, for first 3 years pay rise is impossible (perhaps its normal, but I dont know), and even after that increase is around 200 € per month after taxes.

The only reason, why I havent left yet is because I want to find next job and go there imiadetly. I was searching for a job for 6 months before I landend here. One of the reasons, why it took me so long (in my opinion is that I live not in Capital city, thus job market with my education is very limited)

Somedays this job feel fine, I survive a work day and get closer to getting my paycheck. Other day I cry driving to and from work.

I kinda feel like in a toxic relationship with my job. Your opinion would be much appreciated and thank you for reading this
