Tree around the woods outside campus kinda looks like a... Wait a minute

My (22F) roomate has been driving me (22TF) insane for the past six months and i dont know what to do about

Yes, ive contacted RA, 2 months ago, they haven't gotten back to me yet. I really dont know what else to do. She doesn't have any other place to go because she doesn't have parents and i can live with my mother but i do t think i can finish college at my mothers due to how expensive things have gotten like gas and id probably have to pay her rent anyways. My rents fine my roomates the problem

She is very, very messy. She has her own room but she sleeps on the couch because "her mattress was destroyed when she moved in", and is taking up the couch. Ive asked her to buy a cot or air mattress and even help her buy a new mattress but she refuses.

She also eats my food. My hot dogs, ravioli, my homemade food like my casseroles and salads made for the next few days, my soy sauce but worst of all my garlic powder. It smells like garlic in my dorm whenever i go into the living room. She leaves the powder all over the place and i had to start getting garlic cloves just so she doesn't eat my garlc powder! Its ridiculous and she blames me for "eating her food" as well. She started putting food in bags with the reason of "you take up the entire fridge", which i dont. In fact, she takes up about 70% of the damn fridge.

She also has loud sex with her girlfriend and doesn't clean up. She leaves sex toys lying around everywhere and one time i accidentally walked in on them and it was a mess from before they in there I just said sorry quietly and left for a bit and when i came back they were gone but still

Yes, you're probably thinking i can just go back to my mothers house and pay her for living there and i could finish college there and yes i could but it would be too much work to move out of the dorm move back in with with mom and move out once college is over but its too much and i should have the right to live in my shared dorm room.

Sorry for the rant, i just needed to get this off my shoulders.
