Hi, I'm currently been having a ongoing issue. The cooling fan rubs against the ram air shroud and the only fix is if I rachet strap the shroud down. Yet when I tighten the two bolts that attach to the engine clamp shell and release the tenson it just jumps back to rubbing on the shroud. I've tested the fan against the alternator plate and shimmed it but still rubs on the shroud. Any solution or Ideas?
