37 [M4F] NOVA/Online - A Diversion from the Ephemeral
Occasionally perusing the various posts that come through on here, I notice certain patterns. In an attempt to be different and not allow myself to get too verbose, instead of selling myself and painting a picture of the now, I shall offer the future instead.
I am of the belief that relationships are built, moment by moment, and not struck by the whimsy of fate. It requires purpose and unified effort towards a cohesive togetherness that is intentional and deliberate, day after day. A "ride or die", yes, but also a choice. We discuss whatever we desire, from the simple to the depths of philosophy, fantasy, and sexual adventure, always with an open and honest viewpoint. We discuss and choose divisions of labor and responsibility. An "us versus them" ethos where we operate by our own rules and within the boundaries of the relationship as we so dictate with each other, and ignore the niceties that society dictates and demands. A life on our terms, not theirs. No judgement, just honesty, communication, and truth. Sometimes we tackle hobbies and interests together, other times we do them separately, secure in the belief that the relationship will still be strong and whole regardless.
While I paint a pretty and romantic picture, it is how I choose to look at the world. If it strikes a chord and interest, feel free to reach out. The stages of learning each other can always be worked through, but doing so through an objective lens with a targeted goal allows unity in purpose. May we all find what it is we seek.
