So if I'm not mistaken 1%low is supposed to only be a little lower than normal fps (if everything is balance configuration wise..), and I know that in other games I ask a lot to my computer(putting everything at max or close..) but this is a old game so why that difference?

Spec:

4070 ti super

i7-12700

64 of ram (I also like to do videos/draw/animated)

And yes I know I can just lower the settings but I feel I should do that for some games (I fell that they should not be that demanding...) for example: rocket league, LoL, Need for speed most wanted, and others that are actually demanding and I did lower the settings...

Is there something else I can do?
