Landlord isn't replying to an urgent situation that needs attention
About 3 months ago, a new tenant moved into my apartment complex and has been next to nothing but trouble. She's been formulating lies about everyone including me, she's loud, she starts drama with nearly everyone but the landlord, and to make things worse, she's lying about several men in the complex SA-ing and raping her. I've contacted my landlord roughly 4 times via text in the past week and a half, and called him yesterday to no response. Her mom has also been in contact with him and has received no reply either. It's to the point no one is comfortable with her living in the complex, and I in addition to most other tenants here don't feel safe with her living here.
I've thought about reporting her false accusations to the police but with how much she lies and manipulates, I'm genuinely afraid the police will believe her and either do nothing or hit me with false accusations. I genuinely need help, what do I do in this situation
