Finally got the official good to go for my spinal fusion in on June 11th from T4-L3. I (24F) have been planning and prepping since Dec 2025 and I’m glad things are coming together (finally).

I have a grabber, portable bidet, body wipes, even an electric standing desk for when I return to work.

What is something you wish you knew / bought to recover from your fusion?

Also curious if I have any friends around the same age who had a similar fusion, I would love to hear your experience!
