Recently made a new build, and I've been dealing with constant texture flickering it was very subtle at first but now its constant this happens with all games and even when no game is running.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
Motherboard: B450-A PRO MAX II
BIOS Version: 7C52vA5
RAM: G.Skill ripjaws DDR4 Ram 16gb (One stick)
