These flare up within 2-3 days, starting from my groin and inner thighs region. I saw the first few bumps but since it's an unusual region for bed bugs, I thought it could be some allergic reaction to something in my clothes. Changed and washed everything but since then it has spread (or shown up) to my sides (ribcage) and the arm pit. I looked for bed bugs but none is found, which is surprising for this amount of bites.

Very confused and would love some advice.
