I have a friend who got her accounts closed by chase in February and was telling me that she had to talk to First Party Fraud and that her account were permanently closed but she still had points.

Then she talked to customer service and they said she didnt have any so she was confused. One of those cards were on the Sapphire Reserve so it seemed like theres two different customer service groups she talked to.

Any help?

How long after chase closes accounts, should i apply with their cards again?

I had my accounts closed back in September and still have a business checking account with them plus some utilization on some of the closed cards.

I was wondering how long until I reapply for another card with them?
