Flipkart delivered a non functioning vacuum cleaner and won’t accept returns
Recently bought an eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner during Flipkart sale and it was an open box delivery. After the product was delivered I unboxed and tried to switch it on the next day but it wouldn’t. Tried multiple outlets but no. Hence tried returning the product but that’s not in the sellers policy. Contacted Flipkart support and they rudely said no and check your service centre and we are not responsible for further proceedings. Filed a service centre complaint and they are telling that I shouldn’t have bought the product from Flipkart without options to return and they are quite hesitant to come and have a look at it. I have been going back and forth and it’s frustrating. Thinking if I should raise a dispute with my credit card company.
