Do these metals count towards platinum?

The gold medals at the top they count towards the platinum requirement any of them? I know level 70 to 80 require a certain number of platinum metals. Do these metals above the platinum metals count towards those as well? I had heard the legacy badge does, but I’m not sure about the rest. Thank you in advance.
