Never had a parcel refused at a locker before
I sold an item, sent it to an Inpost locker & was just checking the tracking on Vinted it said 'Out For Delivery' this morning. so I clicked on the Inpost tracking to see why it hadn't changed from that & it said 'Returning to Sender' at the top and 'parcel refused'....never had this happen before. Why does this happen & what are my next steps?
