Hello Folks,

I have been offered a Role at EY GDS, Risk something vertical..
Does anyone has idea kind of work culture they have there?

My core work will be around Python, Fastapi and Agentic AI kind of stuffs…

They are offering 35% hike to current ctc..

In my current company pay is not bad and work life is awesome. Growth wise it has become stagnant. So I was looking for change.

Just wanted to get an opinion on how EY GDS, Risk department or vertical is and work life there…

Should I switch or not?
