I already have my procedure scheduled and I am 3k in the hole so far 😭 I keep getting notifications about regret. I have had a lot of non cosmetic surgery so Im pretty desensitized to the OR and it's not like I am scared about the process.. but I have a thick neck. A BMI of 35. Poor self esteem lol. Is regret really this common?

I'm getting chin lipo and renuvion give me advice!! Tell me how the procedure goes from check in to check out. What do I need to buy in advance? What is lipo foam I read about it but idk. Share your experiences pls. Thank you!
