I messed up and need some advice/confirmation regarding the Universitaly portal.Long story short: I completely forgot I already had an active account. I tried making a new one, hit a duplicate error, and dumbly used my friend’s personal details/Codice Fiscale to bypass it so I could log in. Now, her real Codice Fiscale is locked inside my second account, and she can't register her own profile.I can log into both accounts. My friend wants me to contact Cineca support, send them her passport, and ask them to just change the name/birthdate on my second account so she can "take it over" permanently.From what I’ve researched, Italian government/university portal support will never transfer an account's core identity from one person to another due to fraud and security protocols. They will only delete it or reject the request.Can anyone confirm this? Has anyone ever successfully had support change the entire name/identity of a person on a registered account, or is requesting a complete account deletion the only way to free her Codice Fiscale?
