So according to the official message, they have asked to come to the orientation with our parents...? Like is this really how it's supposed to go, isn't orientation only for students?? Idk really, should I go with my parents or alone?
So basically I got LNCTE AIML in the first round of MP DTE and I was hoping to get the main campus in upgrade, but after today's upgrade round I somehow got MITS Gwalior Mathematics and Computing. I fcked up my mains and my general UR rank was 665k something and my OBC Category rank was 250k. Financially we are high-key weak. I honestly don't know what to do anymore... wanted LNCT because I live in Bhopal and that would maybe kind of help financially considering going to MITS will cost a little more. Tho I'm eligible for that MP Post Metric Scholarship but still not sure what to do. Also ik this is completely on me as I filled that MITS MAC above what I actually wanted but I really didn't think I'd actually get it. Tho deep inside I also want my bachelor's life out of my hometown 😭💔🥀. Please guide me on what I should do before my parents abandon me.
Should I try for the S campus in the second round or just go to MITS?
So in the first round of mp dte I got LNCTE AIML and after upgrade I was expecting to get the LNCT Main Campus but idk somehow I got Mathematics and Computing branch here 💔🥀. First of all is it worth it and can I expect to get anything related to CS in internal upgrade?? Also I'm financially really weak and heard the fees here is going to hike soon so don't really know. And one last thing, how much tuition fees does the MP Post Metric Scholarship for OBC cover? Getting that scholarship is the only way for me to come here.
