What did you replace your quiet time with?

It’s been almost one year since I started my deconstruction journey and have found I’ve been missing A LOT of what Christianity gave me. I wouldn’t say I’m fully deconstructed — I am definitely open to a more progressive Christianity, but I am still figuring that all out. But I have definitely noticed that when I was in daily practice of having quiet time (scripture, worship, prayer) and community (prayer together, Bible studies, accountability), I was a much more mindful, kind, and intentional person. Whereas I feel I now have higher levels of personal confidence and inherit self-worth, I miss how these rhythms and routines made me a more selfless individual. I was wondering if any of you guys felt the same/what did you replace these rhythms with? I truly miss being a part of a village. I miss reading something inspirational at the start of my day and meditating on it. I miss praying and surrendering whatever I’m anxious about for that day.
