Do I have actually have Lyme

My test was a couple of years ago through my neurologist. I've been having symptoms for a few years now. My test showed

IgG Bands 39, 58, and 93.

He said I don't have Lyme. I've ruled out just about everything. An infectious disease doctor said I have Long Covid. So I just assumed that was the problem, but a friend recently told me there's a good chance I have Lyme with those bands. Is that true?

I'll try to keep this short. My father(91m) broke hip, had surgery, and got worse in rehab. He's been home now for a few months, and fairly mobile and has a foley. His post-surgery dementia got a lot better for a bit, but infections caused setbacks. His infection is cleared finally. His dementia, however, is getting worse and quickly. My mother(90f) was taking care if him with some family help. Here's the issue: When my father is confused and delerious, she gives up. I won't get into her narcissistic issues. She's very capable for her age. She just doesn't want to watch him as closely as he needs. She gets very nasty with him, and it makes him worse. They both live with me in an in-law suit. She refuses to hire the care he needs. My dad is the nicest guy and a great dad. I really don't want to put them in assisted living, but I don't know what to do. I've had so many talks with her, and nothing sinks in. I have my own health issues and am beyond my breaking point.

Edit to add:

I hired 2 caregivers, and she fired them both. We do have an overnight aid 5 nights a week.
