Depop Accusing Me of Listing LOMO Ateez Photocards

Hi, I asked a moderator if I could put out a post about this issue yesterday and was given the green light. I decided not to because I thought everything with Depop was handled- but it’s clearly not. I collect POCA albums of Ateez and am trying to complete whole sets for my personal collection. With this hobby comes the inevitable problem of having multiple of many cards. I began selling them on Depop and was listing them as the member and the official name of the album it came from as credited by KQ Entertainment. Everything went well and I had made a decent amount of sales with only 5 star reviews (35+). Suddenly, nearly every single one of my listings was mass removed at the same time and the reason was for copyright infringement. I went ahead and explained they are real and was willing to provide proof. They first said that the Polaroid company itself was reporting photocards with descriptions including “polaroid” but that is exactly what KQ calls them in their list of album inclusions so idk the deal with that. I was told to just not include the word polaroid in future listings so whatever, not worth fighting tbh. But 75% of the other cards were not labeled as polaroids at all and I was told that they violate their rules against LOMO (unofficial) cards. Here we go again, I compiled a google doc with images of verified listings where the photocards were all displayed and showed mine in comparison to the ones online. I included close ups and even gave them a picture of the back of one of the QR code photocards because how can you dismiss the authenticity of something that leads to straight to the album? I found my purchase history for any pics albums i’ve recently bought but apparently all of this wasn’t enough because the proof of purchase had to match the exact listings that were taken down. This is impossible because poca albums and kpop albums in general are basically a lottery for which card you will get. I can’t prove a certain card came from a certain poca album. I’m at my wit’s end and just want my account back in good standing. Does anyone have any advice on how to convince them that my cards are real? At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if they straight up asked me to send the cards to them so they can verify them. This is all so ridiculous, the card prices are literally $2 each or less. I’m just trying to get rid of my overstock of cards just sitting in my binder but apparently I’m a master lomo card creator according to Depop.

TLDR: Depop has mass reported over 20 listings of Ateez photocards as LOMOS (unofficial photocards). I’ve jumped through so many hoops to prove their authenticity but keep getting hit with “that’s not enough proof.” What can I do to ensure that, without a doubt, I am telling the truth? 😭😭
