Do workouts change over time?
Hi, I'm on the 1 month free trial and doing team ascend. i really like Aria’s style. I’m on my second week now and noticed the workouts feel basically the same, just with different names.
is that how it is the whole time or does it switch up later per season, etc.? don’t get me wrong, i like the workouts I'm just curious how it goes. Thank you!
