Do workouts change over time?

Hi, I'm on the 1 month free trial and doing team ascend. i really like Aria’s style. I’m on my second week now and noticed the workouts feel basically the same, just with different names.

is that how it is the whole time or does it switch up later per season, etc.? don’t get me wrong, i like the workouts I'm just curious how it goes. Thank you!

Hi everyone! I’m about to buy the Ladder app and need help choosing my first program.

I’ll be starting training for a 21K run, and I recently paused boxing because I felt like I was doing a lot of cardio but not enough strength work. My legs feel thin, my tummy feels bigger and weaker, and I know I need to work more on my core too (plus mom life 🫠).

I really want to lift consistently, build glutes and muscle, and feel stronger overall. (I would love to build muscle)

The quiz keeps matching me with Define, but I’m deciding between Define, Transform, Limitless, and Align. I haven’t done barbell training yet, but I’m excited to try.

Which program would you recommend for strength + muscle building, glutes while still training for a half marathon?
