I’ve had adhd for a long time, undiagnosed and untreated throughout my life. It’s been especially bad lately and it makes me nervous because I’m going to be teaching high school math for the first time next school year. I really want to do well.

I’m on wellbutrin to manage anxiety and I was thinking about taking Adderall or Ritalin to combat this lack of focus and brain fog from adhd. I just need to be able to focus to be the best teacher I can be.

Tell me about your experience with Adderall/Ritalin. Did you take it with or without other medication? How did it affect your adhd symptoms? Did it also affect your mood? should I be worried about dependence? I‘m scared to try it for the first time.
