Hey so I have had my second ear lobe piercing for 4 weeks now. The first 2 weeks it was doing great however recently I have noticed crusting, yellow pus and sometimes clear pus leak when I do clean it

I have been using sea salt water (homemade) once a day because I’m scared of ‘over cleaning’

Yesterday I noticed that I had this bump on one of my ears… I don’t know what it is or what to do to prevent a keloid
I have curly hair that normally hangs down below my ear. It does get caught on it alotttt, But because it didn’t hurt I never thought anything of it. I also have been sleeping on my ears for the same reason of there being no pain. However now I think that this may be the reason why it’s infected now
