I’m running an online booking system for service businesses and courses (for example cosmetic salons, massage salons, trainers, lessons, etc.) and I’d really love to hear honest feedback from people actually using booking systems daily.

Is there anything you feel is missing in current booking systems?
Any functionality that annoys you, feels complicated, or that you wish existed?
