I’m trying to clean up how I track my finances.

Right now everything is split across checking, savings, brokerage, retirement accounts, mortgage/home equity, tax records, and a few other things.

I can see the balances individually, but I don’t have one place that gives me a full picture.

For people who track this properly, what system do you use?

Spreadsheet? Budgeting app? Brokerage tools? Manual monthly review?

I’m mostly trying to avoid making decisions based on scattered numbers.
