Looking at a potential move to Dallas.

Really enjoy the oak lawn / lower Greenville / state Thomas areas when I’ve visited and it’s also convenient for my wife who may work near Love Field.

I would be working in frisco. What would the average commute time look like to and from frisco (to arrive by 8am and leave by 4?). I was pleasantly surprised when I did the commute visiting that it only look ~25-30 minutes but was that an outlier?

What are other potential areas/neighborhoods that may be more in between love field / frisco. Key items in place live is greenery, walk ability, safe, good restaurants. Most likely renting (not buying)
