[TOMT] Searching for this Specific Cartoon
I don't exactly remember what the characters look like unfortunately, but I do know that theres 2 main characters who are neighbors, one is grumpy yet organized while the other one is happy yet really messy that not their names but you get what I mean. They live on the side of the hill, like its connected to the side of the part of the small hill.
I remember this one episode of a bike? It was for the happy one's bike, it was sort of broken and had this bell I think, he kept circling the hill with his bike ringing his bell till the other one got annoyed and chased him till they both fell down and broke the bike.
To describe the place more, the hill is small witht the house yellow and red(?) That looks like a shed,the whole place is also surrounded by a forest where they also had their other friends.
I don't know what else to give other than those details. The living part of the hill is already something that stands out. I hope I'm not just crazy and yall can tell me what this is
