Looking to transfer lease (Luxury studio near campus, August '26 - May '27)
I'm looking to transfer my lease to someone for August 2026 - May 2027. It's a studio apartment at The Landing (previously Wabash Landing). Since it's a lease transfer, you get my renewal price ($1556) which is lower than the usual price for studios on their website (~$1700). Also because it's a lease transfer, the lease ends in May when usually their leases end in July I believe.
I really enjoyed living here! The building is quiet and located close to campus and downtown Lafayette. There's also a bus stop right outside and a parking garage. Management and maintenance are very helpful and quick to respond. My specific unit gets lots of light (great for plants and humans) and has a nice view!
