I legit cannot grow my hair out cuz it stacks up on eacn orjer and makes me look like a sheep. It puffs up after drying. and it has crazy shrinkage

My routine : i use a head n shoulders different shampoos, no conditioner, no co wash, No treatments, i just leave my hair be after washing it and let it dry naturally. No styling no mothing. i dont protect my hair when sleeping, and i just hope for the best next day

It was wavy but it turned curly and i dont like it tnh

Routine:

I just use head and shoulders and nothing else, no add ins no nothing, and i just let it dry itself, i dont comb my hair or anything just leave it like that
