Constantly Hungry

I’m about 8 months post op RNY and I feel like I am always hungry. I eat something every 3 hours per my dietician’s advice and have been trying to incorporate more fruits and veggies. The problem is after I eat my 3 ounces of protein, I’m full and can’t eat the veggies. My weight loss has stalled and I am
frustrated. I never felt this hungry before surgery. I can’t take a glp-1 due to side effects I had. My doctor thinks I’m eating too often which is why I’m not loosing weight, but I’m only eating about 900 calories per day, getting in my protein through food and hitting my water goals. Anyone else have this problem? I’m so over feeling like this.

Low Blood Sugar

I’m 7 months post rny and for the last month or so, I wake up in the middle of the night sweating and starving. I’m getting enough protein in during the day, and feel fine all day. My dietician thinks it’s low blood sugar, but not sure my surgeon agrees. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for almost a month. Tried adding things to my diet but doesn’t seem to make a difference. Anyone else experience this. I am not diabetic and my labs are ok. Just hate waking up every night like that. I eat a small snack and I feel so much better. I’m not getting enough sleep because of this.
