Possible Endo?

I am at a loss and want to explore the possibility (and success stories) of endo and pregnancy after excision surgery.
We have had 6 recurrent chemical pregnancies all before 6 weeks of gestation. Some end around 4 weeks and 2 of them have gone to 5.5 weeks in the last 18 months. Progesterone suppositories have been taken on all except the first.
Have done 2 clomid cycles (worst of all time) and 1 letrozole cycle. We have had what is considered “normal testing” for the following:
All RPL blood work (literally everything possible)
Femvue
Sperm test
Dna fragmentation
Gene karyotype for translocation
Killer cells
APS/autoimmune blood disorders
In the process of having a GI map, food allergy, and
Dutch test ran.
At what point could it be possible endometriosis that is causing this? There is pain around periods and pain around ovulation. A normal 28-29 day cycle every month with a consistent ovulation. We have zero problem getting pregnant, but do have problems staying pregnant. The highest HCG beta we’ve got is 100.
