I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 with i5-11300H and RTX 3050 Ti.

In games my CPU is stuck at around 21–25W no matter what I do.
I tried ThrottleStop (PL1/PL2 settings), Lenovo Vantage Performance mode, and even advanced BIOS, but nothing changes.

• PL1/PL2 values (even 60W+) do not apply
• Intel XTU says platform not supported
• CPU temperature is only ~70–72°C (so no thermal throttling)
• GPU works normally at 70–80W
• CPU never goes above ~25W even under load

It looks like a hard power limit (EC / DPTF lock).

Is there any known fix or workaround to unlock higher CPU power limits on this model?
