Im 18, been consistently lifting with good diet, sleep, and recovery for around a year. Was previously a basketball player, led me to getting a overuse shoulder injury and a back injury (mild bulging disk and retrolisthesis). Completed full PT for both, shoulder still bothers me a bit but overall much better. Main issue is the back, I do daily work and stretching, and have structured my lower body days around strengthening and improving my back. Ive stayed consistent like this for a long time, and my back continues to irritate me often. Doctors and PT tell me to just stay consistent, stretch like my life depends on it, and try to strengthen my back. I understand its a long process but Im tired of feeling like an old man. Im considering running the wolverine stack for like 5-6 weeks to see if it can finally improve my back and help my shoulder. Thoughts?
