Toyota Super Jeans owners: can you check a part under the bobbin case for me?
Hi everyone,
My Toyota Super Jeans sewing machine has started making a strange metallic noise while sewing. I took it apart and think I may have found the source, but I'm not sure how the part is supposed to be positioned.
The issue seems to be underneath the bobbin case. There's a small metal piece that moves slightly and creates a metallic clicking/rattling sound. I'm not sure whether it's supposed to have some play, whether it should be tighter, or if something may have broken.
I've searched online but haven't been able to find any diagrams, photos, or videos showing this area in detail.
Does anyone have the same machine and could check theirs for comparison? I've attached photos of the part I'm talking about.
