Looking for a business loan that isn’t predatory

There are so many companies out there that advertise how small business friendly they are only to offer terms that make a title-pawn company look appealing. Does anyone know of any legit companies I can look into? We’re a small landscape business open for a little over a year. Monthly revenue is about $12K. We’re growing and it’s hard to take on larger jobs without some extra cushion.
