Looking for resources on teaching baseline drive and middle drive rotations in man-to-man defense

High school basketball coaches:

I'm building out a defensive teaching progression for our B-Squad/JV program and I'm looking for good resources on teaching baseline drive and middle drive rotations.

We primarily play man-to-man and teach:

  • No Middle
  • No Baseline
  • Gap Help
  • Low Man
  • Nail Help

I'm looking specifically for:

  • Shell drill progressions
  • Baseline drive rotation diagrams
  • Middle drive rotation diagrams
  • Teaching cues that have worked well for your players

If you have diagrams, videos, PDFs, or favorite coaching clinic resources, I'd love to see them.

Thanks!

Newer to topwater fishing and looking for some advice.

I mainly fish White Bear Lake, Lake Josephine, Lake McCarrons, and other metro Minnesota lakes targeting bass and northern pike.
Current setup:
Whopper Plopper 90 (Loon)
Whopper Plopper 60 (Bone)
Medium spinning rod
Snap swivel attached to a leader
A few things I noticed on my first outing:
The Plopper 90 casts great and stays on top of the water.
The Plopper 60 doesn't cast nearly as far and sometimes seems to take a while to get on top.
I wasn't hearing much of the signature plopper sound on either lure.
I had several fish follow the lure but no bites.
Questions:
Is it normal for the 60 to cast noticeably shorter than the 90?
What line setup do you recommend for topwater in Minnesota lakes (braid, mono, leader, pound test, etc.)?
Any retrieval tips for Whopper Ploppers?
Would you throw the 90 or 60 more often for bass and pike?
Thanks!
