Ticket #13651220 - Support telling 13yo minor to "wait 3 years" to play because of ID verification loop
Hey FACEIT Admins,
I really need a human manager to look at my ticket #13651220. I am a 13-year-old player from Mongolia playing on EU servers. When I created my account, I accidentally put a birth year that makes me look 26.
My queue is now locked for mandatory verification. The automated system requires me to scan a government photo ID. However, in Mongolia, citizens do not get national ID cards until they turn 16, and I do not have an international passport. My parents are right here with me and are completely ready to provide parental consent, but because my account age says 26, the system won't trigger the underage consent option.
Support agent "shady-" keeps giving me copy-paste replies. In the ticket, they literally told me to stop playing and "please wait until you turn 16 so you can get a passport."
FACEIT Terms of Service clearly state that minors aged 13+ are allowed to play with parental consent. I am not asking to manually verify a birth certificate—I am just asking for an admin to reset my account's profile age to my real age (13) so that the automated system will actually send the parental consent link to my parents' email.
Please help me out, I just want to play match-making. Thank you!
