Hi. I sent a parcel through Royal mail (I used their postcode finder). The address was complete and right as we sent something to that same address before. Why can't they deliver the item? The item should be delivered this morning (a friend wasn't at home) - tracking says delivery attempted/no answer but after a few mins the tracking also says returned to sender as incorrectly addressed (this was the first attempt). It looks like the postman was in that address and tried to deliver but maybe he clicked on return to sender instead of redelivery by mistake? Is that possible? Thank you
