Temujin missing greatest of khans decision
I started up a game with Temujin, became conqueror around age 40, dominated titles up to empire-rank, but never had the decision to be come greatest of khans.
Conqueror is nice but since im going for world conquest, i am missing the OP khan CB.
I read on wiki the requirements, and I had them all. Also 100 realm size and max fame.
I atleast expected to be able to see the decision, albeit greyed out until req is met, but it has never showed up.
I tried dying to see if the heir could do it, but no, still no decision
Any tips?

No mods
I am the strongest in the steppe with 80k horde and max dominance. Have not changed either culture or religion.
Only thing i can think of was that Borte died relatively early by a random cause. Weird if that bugged my run
EDIT 2:
Made a new campaign, and the decisions now shows up. So it seems my 1st game was bugged
