[Recommendation Request] Looking for a meaningful watch to mark 20 years since moving to the U.S.

I’m about to hit 20 years since I moved to the U.S., and I want to buy a watch to mark the milestone.

I want something I can wear every day — something that reminds me of the sacrifices, the hard work, and everything it took to build a life here. I also want it to help me let go of some of the guilt I’ve carried for leaving my mom in Mexico, even though things worked out and I’ve tried to be the best son in every other way.

My budget is around $2,000.

For context:

• I have a carbon Victorinox, but I hate adjusting the time every other day.
• I also have a Seamaster Omega that I love, but it was a gift from my mom, and I won’t risk damaging it. Plus, I need extra links.

These are the watches I’ve been considering:

• Mido Multifort TV Big Date – I really like the design, but I’m worried about movement consistency.
• Longines Spirit 40mm – Great watch, but not fully feeling it.
• Christopher Ward C63 Celest – Beautiful cosmic dial, still not 100% sure.
• Tissot Ballade Powermatic 80 COSC – Accurate, but the design isn’t grabbing me.

I love space, galaxy themes, and blue tones, so I’m trying to find something that feels meaningful, accurate, and visually aligned with that.

If anyone has suggestions or perspectives, I’d appreciate it.
