I’m fed up
So last night I work on night shifts I’ve worked on night shift for about 9-10 months now and I haven’t had the best experience at all but last night was probably the worst of it. I work in decant. So my friend asked a simple question about whether or not there was going to be pallets or SAP to do. My manager whispered “are you fucking serious” to the other manager there and our PA bitches at said friend and tells them “you need to go to your assigned station” yelling this to them by the way not a simple yes or no question like it should’ve been. So the night goes on it’s after lunch at this point because this was right before we went to lunch when this happened. Said friend speaks to someone else that does pallets regularly come to find out they’re having other people do pallets and takes the person he was talking to off of pallets. Said person that does them regularly then calls hr about it and then coming back from 2nd break at this point I’m going to grab my stuff to head home and the person who does them regularly is getting bitched out by another manager whom I’ve heard has a lot of anger issues including throwing laptops or computers as frisbees among other things. Why the fuck is he there if he has that amount of anger issues first of all and second of all pretty sure managers can’t bitch at people for calling hr at all that shouldn’t even be a thing at all. I spoke up about it on our VOA board but have since deleted the post because I don’t wanna talk about it with my managers at all if anything I wanna switch departments asap maybe even back to day shift because I’ve worked days and have never once had this bad of an experience in all the on and off 3 years I’ve now had with Amazon in which I don’t plan on ever coming back after this year. But I can see exactly why I’ve left previously because nobody should be treated this way at all.

Ethics report has been made. One of the operations managers knows about said situation and they’re escalating it.
