Ideally Altoona, Pleasant Hills, Johnston, Grimes or Ankeny (or anywhere else within 30mins of Des Moines)

Ideal price range: $1200-1600

Additional needs:

-High speed internet

-Responsive maintenance

-Inclusive and welcoming community

- Safe

-Pet friendly

I’ve seen a lot of apartments within my price range, but the Google reviews were pretty mixed.
