I'm now with Google Fi, but T-Mobile is still trying to charge me despite what I was told. This is incredibly frustrating.
The line was originally a corporate line. I transferred it to my own account and then switched to Google Fi just 2 days later. Before making the switch, I specifically asked whether I would owe any fees, and I was told that I wouldn't be charged anything. Now T-Mobile is trying to bill me $100.
Has anyone successfully disputed something like this? What happens if I refuse to pay while the issue is being reviewed?
