Is this a baby or a flower? I’ve had trouble getting my spider plants to produce babies and I’ve never had one flower either!

So just for a little context, I was surprised when my peace lily started producing white leaves. Upon researching I discovered it could be a certain variety OR sometimes the leaves/flowers get confused and come out white & green. My question is, has anyone ever had a flower turn into a leaf!??
