Started this journey at 327 pounds drinking almost daily and eating anything in sight cut back a lot of that naturally and went from 327-290 started semaglutide at 290 and went down to 265 in 2 months been off of it now for 3 weeks and am still kicking ass 265-248 it worked great to help me kick bad habits and adopt healthier ones feels good being back all natural and getting great results!
